Silky Sensations Standard Peel:
The Standard Peel penetrates deeper into the skin and stimulates exfoliation at the lower levels of the stratum corneum. The action is done by decreasing the adhesion of dead skin cells to adjacent cells. It is less irritating and more hydrating than glycolic acid, and does not present any toxicity risk that other peeling agents present. It is safe for pregnant and nursing women. The Standard Peel is recommended for the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles, superficial sun damage, hyperpigmentation and mild break-outs.

Silky Sensations Premium Peel:
The Premium Peel provides significant visible flaking of the skin for clients desiring to "see action". It is recommended for correcting problems located in the outer epidermal skin layers. It penetrates waxy/sebaceous materials, making it the peel of choice for treating active acne and thicker or oily skin. Premium Peels also treat sun damage, hyperpigmentation, large pores and improve moderate lines and wrinkles.

You can use mineral powder make-up to cover redness directly following this procedure. You will see visible peeling within 48 hours, with continued flaking for up to 5 days.
